The River Valley Artisans is planning its yearly one-weekend event (now in its 14th year), and it’s evolved over the years. It began as just original art, then it added fine craft and switched to a tour format, then added 3-wineries, then last year added beer, and this year it’s going to be all in one location (the Summit Winery, with Frogg Brewing there too hopefully.) and we want to add an antique/classic car “cruise in”.  It’s happening Sat., Sept. 6 from 10am-4pm and Sun., Sept. 7 from 11am-4pm.  The Lions club will be grilling hot dogs and hamburgers in exchange for donations to anyone interested.  The artisans will be displaying their offerings from booths located inside and outside the winery.  I volunteer to help plan this event.
